1. The purpose of this Regulation is to determine, among the professional activities that may be engaged in by physicians, those that may be engaged in by a clinical perfusionist or by other persons in a centre operated by an institution within the meaning of the Act respecting the governance of the health and social services system (chapter G-1.021) or the Act respecting health services and social services for the Inuit and Naskapi (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), or in the interhospital transportation of a patient or an organ.
1. The purpose of this Regulation is to determine, among the professional activities that may be engaged in by physicians, those that may be engaged in by a clinical perfusionist or by other persons in a centre operated by an institution within the meaning of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5), or in the interhospital transportation of a patient or an organ.
